Our Process

6 Easy Steps:

1. Consultation & Desisign A Desisign Consultant will come out and provide an onsite obligation free quote. He will take measurements , assess the site and talk you through what there is, what you want and what is achievable.

2. Agreement on Product & Service By the end of the consultation, a basic agreement should be reached. Afterwards, a proposal is written up outlining every detail of the job as discussed and you make the decision whether or not to proceed.

3. Council Approval Once agreement has been reached, a DA may be required to be submitted to your council before any work is started. Pergola Land can take care of all the paperwork for you by submitting it on your behalf. Some jobs may not require a DA approval. This will be discussed with your Design Consultant at time of consultation.

4. Check Measure At this stage, our Construction Manager will visit out on site to check the site and measurements. He will then arrange materials, brief the construction team and draw up a time schedule.

5. Construction You will be notified of when the materials are to be delivered and the build team will start. Depending on the size of the structure and other variables, construction may take as little as a couple of days to complete.

6. Final Inspection Once everything has been completed, your Design Consultant will come back out for the final inspection.
